The products are sent only with ELTA Courier. Orders are sent by us within 2-3 working days (MONDAY - FRIDAY 10:00 - 17:00) except for periods of heavy workload where orders are executed in order of priority. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed from (next) Monday if it is a working day.

When your order is delivered to the courier company, you will receive an informative e-mail with the shipment number (tracking code). With this number you have the ability to track the progress of your shipment through the email address of the courier company.

Shipping costs are free for any purchase over 50 €

In case of purchase of products worth up to € 49.99, the shipping costs are € 3

Cash on delivery costs are € 1.50

Please note that when you place an ORDER COD, in order for your order to be processed, we will be preceded by a phone call to the phone number you provided to us, in order to confirm the order and that your details are real.

Also, you can pick up your order from our physical store Beautiful free of charge during working days and hours.

Parcel loss

Beautiful accessories is not considered responsible in case of delay in delivery or in case of loss of your parcel due to shipping. In case you do not receive within a reasonable time (up to 7 days from the delivery by us to the Courier company), Beautiful accessories performs a check to the courier, which can take a maximum of up to 15 days. During this period, no refunds or shipments will be made. If there is no update within 15 days, the order is canceled, so in case you have paid by credit / debit card, direct account debit or paypal, the amount will be refunded
